A warm welcome to our wedding on the 25th of July 2026!
For those who can and want to, we will start the celebrations already on the Friday with a BBQ at Hilma's parents, about 15 mins from the wedding venue (Södvik).
The dress code during the wedding day is lounge suit. During the Friday you're free to wear whatever you like :)

Travel and accommodation
The easiest way to get to Öland is by car. Alternatively you can take a direct bus from Stockholm (Silverlinjen) or train (SJ) from Copenhagen to Kalmar (and then grab the local bus from Kalmar).
We suggest that you to book accommodation in advance and chose one of our recommended stays. At Pensionat Haga and the hostel Marsjö Gård we have reserved all rooms for you (until march 1st), just say that you are going to Hilma and Erik's wedding. We've also got some rooms att the B&B Ölandsro, contact Hilma or Erik for these. For those who want something a bit fancier there is also Hotell Persnäs.
We have charted a bus that will take you from those stays to the wedding ceremony and to and from the party. We recommend using that bus as there is literally only one taxi on the whole island and local transport is not great. If you feel like staying somewhere else than our recommended stays, please let us know so we can find a place where the bus can pick you up.
